Our first wedding!

New Forest Photobooth Co at The Miramar Hotel

We’d taken delivery of our wonderful new posh photobooth and learned how to operate it, and how to customise all the settings and the print templates.

We’d had lots of fun scouring the second-hand and vintage shops in Boscombe and Pokesdown, as well as the wonderful internet.

But we needed to use it a real life situation!

Natasha and Craig had already booked their wedding photography with our sister company, Jerry Fenner Photography, and theirs was the first of the year. So we made them an offer they couldn’t refuse!

The photobooth in action

So having spend the day creating beautiful images during their wedding, we set the photobooth up during the wedding breakfast, setting up in the room next door because one of the guests was photo-epileptic. We masked off the windows in the doors, arranged everything so the booth lights were pointing away from the bar, tested everything to make sure we weren’t going to provoke a fit and we were ready to go.

It was really exciting using the booth for real for the first time, and seeing everyone’s reactions to our beautiful posh booth. They all loved it, and the props were a hit too… Hard to decide which was loved most… the hats obviously were really popular, the Venetian masks too, and all the props on sticks too.

We even tempted Brett the wedding co-ordinator at The Miramar to join in with some of the staff too!
